Cheri Carr has more than 25 years' experience in digital forensics and incident response investigations.  She was a founding member of the Air Force Computer Forensic Laboratory, the first of its kind and a pioneer in the field, developing many of the processes and procedures still in use today.  Her early years in federal law enforcement at Air Force OSI and NASA OIG instilled in her a deep appreciation for the importance of pristine evidence preservation and bulletproof chain of custody.  Throughout her career, Ms. Carr has testified as an expert witness dozens of times in federal and state courts in various types of matters and prides herself in both the quality of her work and her ability to translate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.  Ms. Carr is also a licensed Private Investigator in the state of Texas (#09640601).
